Advisory Counsel

Adviser is a highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer as well as a Corporate Attorney. In the 1960's he started a company designing and testing ground-to-air rockets for military application. Adviser gave executive direction to program management, technical services, maintenance, engineering, acquisition management, and testing and evaluation divisions.  

Medical Board

Dr. Kerrin White, M.D.
Clinical Psychiatry

Since Dr. White's medical career commenced in the late 1960's he has presented and published several medical papers. He brings a wealth of medical expertise the fields of psychiatry and pharmaceuticals. Dr. White is a graduate of
Harvard Medical School and Phillips Exeter Academy.

Executive Team

Steve Shelden, Member
BS Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology/ Bioengineering

Steve's background is two fold: He has worked both in a technical and business capacity within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. On the business side, he has focused on sales of medical devices in Los Angeles. He has worked as a Sales Engineer put in charge of assisting with the design and development of automated machines for several manufacturing companies throughout the Midwest. He helped to co-manage domestic and international accounts. Furthermore, he has experience communicating with all levels of personnel. He is a highly effective motivator and teacher. Lastly, he has spent 2 years mentoring under our corporate advisory counsel and medical board.

On the technical side, he helped in the development of a medical eye dispenser (Allergan). Furthermore, his experience includes aiding engineering and technical teams with the development of automated systems for large manufactures including Millipore, Ford, Caterpillar, and GM-Delphi. He has experience with mechanical
design, metallurgy, and modifying mechanical systems to reduce downtime.

Marc Apgar, Co-Founder
MS Biophysics and BS Electrical Engineering

Currently, Marc is completing his Masters Degree in biophysics, with an emphasis in protein dynamics. He designs and builds new technologies including communications satellites, x-ray equipment, and radar surveillance systems. Also, Marc is working on designing a lunar vehicle, from a NASA grant he acquired last year. Marc has acted as an advisor.
